We are recruiting a Tech Lead!

The human factor

You have a successful experience on a significant full stack development project with a mastered CI/CD approach. You have 3 to 5 years of seniority in development and a first successful experience as a Tech Lead, or with the ambition to become a Tech Lead. You are focused on efficiency and best practices and are known as an open-minded person, with whom it is pleasant to exchange. You have a strong interest in innovative technology and enjoy the start-up environment.

Technical:

On the front end, you develop with ReactJS or, at the very least, you have actively participated in the development or maintenance of a project using a framework such as Angular or Vue.JS. You are obviously comfortable with style sheets, mock-ups, and are sensitive to the UX-UI approach.

On the mobile side, you ideally have knowledge of, or even experience with, React Native. At least, you have already approached mobile development and are aware of the constraints and problems of mobile application development.

On the back end, you are familiar with Node.JS & Typescript.

Your architecture knowledge covers at least Microservices and Rest APIs, on premise or in the Cloud, but if you master elements such as a message broker, an api-manager, a Redis or an Elasticsearch, we are of course interested.

If you have some knowledge of Rust and Blockchain technologies (Polkadot – Substrate), online payment API and/or wallet, or PSP (Payment Services Provider) integration, this is a serious asset!

Finally, DevOps is not just a buzzword for you. You know Docker and/or Kubernetes and have already used a cloud application platform.

The mission:

You will be responsible for the development team and will manage the industrialisation of the different environments. You will manage code reviews, ensure quality (tests, code style) and documentation. You will be involved in the technological choices that are made, as well as in the development guidelines (git branching model and other technical choices such as coding style, choice of libraries, etc.). Finally, you will participate in the recruitment and construction of the team.

The context:

If the method is Agile, so is the operation! In a “lean start-up” spirit, we take care of the development of each person, of their right to make mistakes, in a collaborative management offering a personalized and serious follow-up. The advantages are numerous: quality equipment, an optimal working environment and of course a really nice welcome pack. The organisation of work is based on a mix of face-to-face work (on two sites, Nancy and Metz) and remote working, adapted to each individual according to their constraints and preferences, framed by a remote working charter and accompanied by a refund for expenses.

The contract:

The Tech Lead is a manager and will receive, in addition to a meal ticket card, a 50% transport pass, a very advantageous mutual insurance (3rd and last level of options chosen), a salary ranging from 50 K€ to 70 K€ according to profile.
